Rosalind Dos Santos [MBA, MSc Eng (Met), BSc Eng (Chem)] is the Group Energy Manager for the Mpact Group: a paper, packaging and recycling company in South Africa and Namibia. She oversees the Group consumption of electricity, gas, HFO, coal and all other energy forms; and has a dotted line to a team of twenty-two technical specialists in the Group that execute on energy efficiency and energy management projects. She also develops and executes on the business cases for renewable energy at Mpact. Rosalind has thirteen years of experience working in the Sustainability field in South Africa and Africa.  

Rosalind has been part of the Future Energy Leaders Programme of the World Energy Council (WEC) for two years, and, in 2020, she was elected to the board of the local South African WEC member committee.
