On the next episode I am excited to be joined by Tanya Venter. Tanya currently works in Management Consulting in the field of Digital Transformation Strategy executing projects across Africa to drive the transformation of old-legacy corporates.

Tanya has extensive experience at innovating in the fields of Marketing and Sales; working as a marketing strategist and as a sales manager for a number of companies. She is the holder of a BComm Strategic Brand Management as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).

In this episode, we talk through the following:

  1. Tanya’s Career to date and the lessons that she has learned

  2. Digital Transformation of Companies in South Africa, particularly in the Fourth Industrial Revolution

For this topic, I would suggest some pre-reading:

3. Creating Shared Value in South Africa’s Economy

Similarly for this topic I would suggest reading the Harvard Business Review article on Creating Shared Value.
